Piping rock are a healthcare company providing consumers products such as vitamins, minerals and essential oils. Due to vast expansion their current premises was insufficient to hold the required stock profile.
They contacted Quickline to help them with space planning.
Due to the nature and stock holding of the products dense systems like pallet live racking or Drive in racking were omitted from the options.
Each pallet needed to be selected, so a Wide aisle racking system was decided upon. The system which comprised around 5000 pallet locations was 10m high and a reach truck is used to access pallets.
Each aisle facing post included a steel post protector and all run ends included barriers.
