AS/RS solution using stacker cranes to offer high load bearing capacity and reliability, making this solution highly adaptable to a wide range of materials and handling needs.
AS/RS solutions allow palletised goods to be accessed by using stacker cranes with attached telescopic forks to retrieve pallets.
Thanks to the height capability of the racking, the footprint of the warehouse can be fully optimised to offer high density storage.
With structures as high as 40 metres, good can be stored on single or dual depth shelves with high speed cranes retrieving the loads are delivering to the operator work station. The stacker cranes run on rails, with single or double mast frames dependent upon the system requirements.
All software is developed and supplied by The Ferretto Group, with easy integration into most corporate ERP systems.
